Nigeria’s Super Falcons will face Benin Republic in the final round of the 2026 Women’s Africa Cup of Nations (WAFCON) qualifiers, Afrosport reports.
Benin’s Amazons defeated Sierra Leone 3-1 on Monday to win the first-round encounter 5-2 on aggregate and secure a tie against nine-time African champions Nigeria.
The two teams will face off in a doubleheader in October, with the first leg to take place in Benin, while the return leg will be held in Nigeria.
The winner of the tie will secure a ticket to the 2026 WAFCON, which will take place in Morocco.
