Nigerian champions Edo Queens and FC Masar of Egypt battled out a 0-0 draw in their Group B clash at the 2024 CAF Women’s Champions League on Wednesday night, Afrosport reports.
The Queens maintained top spot in the group with four points, although they have same points with FC Masar who have an inferior goal difference.
Meanwhile, title holders Mamelodi Sundowns defeated CBE of Ethiopia 4-0 earlier in the day, to reawaken their chances of reaching the next round.
The South African side occupy third position in the group with three points, while CBE FC have already been eliminated from the tournament.

Edo Queens will now take on Sundowns in their last group game on Saturday, where a draw will be enough to put the team in shape for qualification, while FC Masar will lock horns against Ethiopia’s CBE FC.
On Tuesday, FAR Rabat defeated TB Mazembe 3-1, while University of the Western Cape recorded 2-0 victory against Aigles de la Medina.
