Gent forward Gift Orban and Bayer Leverkusen striker Victor Boniface have been invited for Nigeria’s final 2023 Africa Cup of Nations qualifying match against Sao Tome and Principe on September 10.
Peseiro added Orban and Boniface to attacking options following their scoring exploits in Europe this season.
Boniface has scored four Bundesliga goals with an assist to his name in three outings for Bayer Leverkusen while Orban has two goals after four matches in the Belgian First Division A.
Former Germany youth international Jordan Torunarigha is also invited to team up with the Super Eagles after switching allegiance.
Portugal-based Raphael Onyedika is also returning to the team alongside Tyronne Ebuehi and Francis Uzoho.
Nigeria will host Sao Tome and Principe at the Godswill Akpabio Stadium in Uyo on Sunday as they look to cement a spot as Group A leaders.
