Kylian Mbappe and Lionel Messi have returned to Paris Saint-Germain’s training ahead of their UEFA Champions League Round of 16 clash against German giants Bayern Munich.
The duo was spotted participating in the team’s training at the Camp des Loges earlier today and will have a fitness test if they are to be available for the first leg of the Champions League fixture at the Parc des Princes on Tuesday.

Mbappe last played for the French champions on February 1, in a 3-1 win over Montpellier. The 24-year-old was substituted in the first half of the match after suffering what looked like a hamstring injury and has missed the team’s last three games.
Messi was missing in PSG’s 3-1 loss to Monaco over the weekend due to injury issues which ruled him out of action since their encounter against Toulouse.
Christopher Galtier’s side are currently on a two-game losing run, conceding at least a goal in their last five matches and they will hope Messi and Mbappe’s return inspires them past their Bundesliga visitors.
Bayern Munich, on the other hand, are in impressive form with three wins in as many games, scoring a whopping 11 goals and conceding just two in that timeframe.
