The Derby d’Italia in the Italian Serie A saw Inter Milan and Juventus settle for a 4-4 draw in an eight-goal thriller at the San Siro on Sunday, Afrosport reports.
Piotr Zielinski scored from the spot in the 15th minute to put Inter ahead after Danilo’s tackle on Marcus Thuram. Polish midfielder sent goalkeeper Michele Di Gregorio the wrong way to break the deadlock.
However, Dusan Vlahovic equalised for the Old Lady just five minutes later, as Juventus then took the lead in the 26th minute through American forward Timothy Weah.
Inter resored parity with Henrikh Mkhitaryan scoring in the 35th minute, before Zielinski completed the hosts’s turn around with another penalty in the 37th minute following Pierre Kalulu’s foul on Denzel Dumfries.

The Nerazzurri extended their lead shortly after the interval through Dutch defender Dumfries, who found the back of the net with a low strike from a resulting corner kick, to make it 4-2 to Inter.
Thiago Motta, thereafter, introduced Turkish teenager Kenan Yildiz, who scored a late brace to draw the visitors level. The 19-year-old pulled one back for Juve in the 71st minute, before completing his brace eight minutes before full-time.
The draw marked the first time in Serie A history that five goals were scored in the first half of a match between Inter and Juventus, who remain unbeaten in the league this season.
