Taboubi, a French-Tunisian, will serve as Chelle’s first assistant. The 47-year-old has been an ever-present figure with Chelle, having worked with the Malian during his reign as Mali’s head coach.
Gornourec, who holds a UEFA A License and master’s degree, will take up the role of fitness trainer, while Padovani has been appointed as the goalkeeper trainer.
Padovani worked as Comoros’ goalkeeper trainer at the 2021 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) in Cameroon.
The trio all worked with Chelle at the Algerian club, MC Oran, his last stop before taking up the Super Eagles role.
