The 24 participating nations for the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) in Morocco have been confirmed following the conclusion of the qualifying rounds, Afrosport reports.
The trio of Botswana, Tanzania, and Mozambique completed the full roster after picking up favourable results in their respective matches on Tuesday.
Tanzania pipped Guinea 1-0 at the Benjamin Mkapa National Stadium in Dar es Salaam to leapfrog the West Africans into second place in Group H.
Mozambique consolidated their second position in Group I with a 2-1 win at Guinea-Bissau, while a draw against the Pharaohs of Egypt was enough for Botswana to secure their AFCON ticket.
