Olayinka, a native of Ibadan, has five goals and two assists in 10 league appearances this season, with Slavia Prague sitting in second place in the league standings.
The former Gent striker has won five titles with the Czech club, including three league titles, and he would look to add more before moving about 480 miles across to the Balkan nation.
His new club, Red Star Belgrade, currently top the 16-team Serbian Super League with 53 points from 19 games and they have won the competition for the last five seasons.
