The Nigerian duo of Gift Monday and Edna Imade have been nominated for the November Player of the Month in the Spanish Women’s top-flight Liga F, Afrosport reports.
Super Falcons forward Monday scored once and assisted another during the month under review for UD Tenerife, who remain unbeaten in November having clinched two wins and a draw.
Imade, however, found the back of net three times during the course of the month to help Granada CF to one win, one draw, and one defeat so far.
Both Monday and Imade are among the seven-player shortlist vying for the monthly award, and the other nominees are: Andreia Jacinto (Real Sociedad), Arola Aparicio (Espanyol), Vilde Boe Risa (Atletico Madrid), Patri Guijarro (Barcelona), and Allegra Poljak (Madrid CFF).

Super Falcons captain Rasheedat Ajibade won the award in September. The Atletico Madrid forward won the inaugural edition of the award.
