Victor Osimhen was among the goals as Galatasaray beat Kayserispor 3-0 on Sunday to clinch a record-extending 25th Turkish Super Lig title, Afrosport reports.
Osimhen broke the deadlock in the 26th minute, heading Galatasaray into the lead at RAMS Park following a set piece from Brazilian midfielder Gabriel Sara.
The 26-year-old Nigerian registered his 25th goal in 29 league games this season and 36th in all competitions, with his customary stadium announcement done by his daughter Hailey.
The hosts doubled their lead three minutes later through Turkish forward Baris Alper Yilmaz, who scored his 12th league goal of the season.
They made it three in the 89th minute as goalkeeper Fernando Muslera got his name on the scoresheet from the penalty spot to crown Okan Buruk’s side as champions with two games to spare.

The Istanbul club, who have won their third straight Turkish Super Lig title, will add a fifth star to their jersey, with each signalling five league titles.
Galatasaray have also completed the double, having also won the Turkish Cup following a 3-0 win over Trabzonspor on Wednesday, 14 May.
