Super Eagles midfielder Frank Onyeka was in impressive form as Brentford came from behind to seal a 2-1 win over Nottingham Forest at the Gtech Community Stadium on Saturday.
The combative midfielder replaced German midfielder Vitaly Janelt in the 72nd minute and proved a handful for Forest’s players in the closing minutes of the encounter.

The 25-year-old won the free-kick that resulted in the Bees’ equaliser after Brazilian midfielder Danilo had put Forest ahead in the first half.
Onyeka was brought down just outside the box before English forward Ivan Toney stepped up and levelled the scores with a 20-yard freekick for his 20th league goal of the season.
Onyeka continued to make the best use of his short time on the field, forcing a save from Keylor Navas in goal for Forest in the 89th minute.
Brentford eventually stole the game deep into second-half added time. Onyeka once again was the catalyst as he provided the assist for Josh Dasilva to complete the turnaround for the home side. The strike was their fifth 90th-minute winning goal in the league, the most of any side since the start of last season.

Onyeka has started only five games for the Bees in the Premier League this season and Saturday’s outing was his 17th appearance.
It is now back-to-back victories for the Bees after their 2-0 win over Chelsea in midweek.
Brentford are currently ninth in the league standings, with 50 points from 34 games, two more points than they had for the whole of last season.
They will travel to Merseyside to take on Liverpool at Anfield next weekend.
