Dominic Solanke reached a new milestone for Bournemouth in their 2-2 draw Premier League draw with Manchester United on Saturday.
The 26-year-old put the Cherries in front in the 16th minute after Willy Kambwala was sent to the cleaners.
It was Solanke’s 17th Premier League goal of the season which made him the highest scorer for the South Coast outfit in a single season, surpassing Joshua King’s tally of 17 goals during the 2016-17 season.
It is also three times better than his top-flight goals tally scored across spells with Vitesse (seven goals while on loan at Chelsea), Liverpool (one goal) and Bournemouth (six goals during the 2022-23 season).

Justin Kluivert scored the other goal while Bruno Fernandes scored a brace for United.
The draw took Bournemouth to 42 points and are more than guaranteed of safety with 17 points separating them from the relegation zone.
