Samuel Chukwueze made his AC Milan debut as the Rossoneri claimed a comfortable 2-0 win over Bologna to conclude the opening round of fixtures of the 2023-24 season on Monday night.
The Nigeria international was a summer signing from Villarreal but started from bench at Stadio Renato Dall’Ara.
Stefano Pioli’s side had the tie settled in the opening 21 minutes with former Chelsea men Olivier Giroud and Christian Pulisic getting the goals. The latter like Chukwueze is also a summer signing along with Ruben Loftus-Cheek, another player associated with the Blues.

The 24-year-old will be hoping to make his first start in front of the Milan supporters when the Rossoneri host Torino at the San Siro on Saturday.
