Last season’s NPFL runners-up will then head out to Morocco’s capital city of Rabat, where they will take on AS FAR at Stade Prince Moulay El Hassan on Sunday night.
Remo Stars head into the vital clash off the back of a 2-1 first leg win Sunday in Ikenne, Ogun State, courtesy of goals from captain Nduka Junior and Super Eagles defender Sodiq Ismail, either side of a Joel Beya strike for the visitors.
The Daniel Ogunmodede-led side, in their third continental campaign, will go through to the next round if they avoid defeat against the 13-time Moroccan League champions.
