Coco Gauff moved into the Wimbledon fourth round after edging past Britain’s Sonay Kartal 6-4, 6-0 in the third round on Friday.
The 20-year-old American sensation did not drop a set in her opening two matches against Caroline Dolehide and Anca Alexia Todoni and kept the momentum against 298th-ranked Kartal.
Gauff broke Kartal in the opening game of the first set before the Brit responded with hers in eighth game.
Gauff’s break was instant and took the opening set in 40 minutes before doing a bagel in the second and final set to win the match in one hour and three minutes.
