The qualifiers for the 2025 Women’s Champions League will take place in Cote d’Ivoire, the West Africa Football Union Zone B (WAFU B) announced.
The qualifying tournament, which comprises eight teams, will begin on Saturday, 9 August, and end on Sunday, 24 August, a statement released by the WAFU B Secretariat said.
Bayelsa Queens, champions of the 2024-25 Nigeria Women Football League, and Ghana’s Police Ladies have already booked their place in the tournament in Côte d’Ivoire.
The WAFU B tournament serves as qualification for the CAF Women’s Champions League, with Nigeria’s Edo Queens as defending champions.
The tournament winners qualify automatically for the 2025 CAF Women’s Champions League tournament.
