Theo Hernandez has completed his move from AC Milan to Saudi Pro League side Al Hilal, Afrosport reports.
The 27-year-old French defender moves to the Arabian gulf on a three-year deal, bringing to an end is six-season association at the San Siro having arrived from Real Madrid in 2019.
Hernandez’s had already been expected to leave after Milan boss Massimiliano Allegri confirmed earlier in the week he would not be part of the squad for the upcoming 2025-26 season.
He departs the club making 262 competitive appearances, scoring 34 goals and providing 45 assists, winning the Serie A in 2022 and the Supercoppa Italiana in 2025.
“AC Milan can confirm that Theo Bernard François Hernández has joined Al-Hilal SFC on a permanent basis,” read a club statement.
“The Club would like to thank Theo for these six years together and wishes him all the best for his future personal and professional endeavours.”
Meanwhile, Al Hilal confirmed the signing, stating: “The Board of Directors of Al-Hilal Club, headed by His Excellency Mr. Fahad bin Saad bin Nafel, completed the signing of France international Theo Hernández from AC Milan.
“The contract is for three years, until the end of the 2027-28 season.”

Hernandez is the first major singing of new Al Hilal Simon Inzaghi, who joined from Milan’s rivals Inter.
He led the Arab side to the quarter-finals of the 2025 FIFA Club World Cup in the United States, beating Premier League heavyweights Manchester City in the round of 16.
