Andre Onana is hopeful that Manchester United’s 1-0 win at Fulham in the Premier League on Sunday will be a turning point for the club, Afrosport reports.
The Cameroon goalkeeper managed to keep his first clean sheet in 10 league games, with the Red Devils winning the game courtesy of Lisandro Martinez’s 78th minute.
While it was not the best performance from Ruben Amorim’s side, they were able to bag the three points and Onana wants the team to stick together as they continue to navigate the season.
“We have to enjoy it because at the end of the day, when things are going good everyone is happy,” he told MUTV.
“It’s what we want because we are Manchester United and we are under the obligation to give everything on the pitch. Hopefully this game was the turning point and from here we move on. We are in this together.
“Like I always said, we win together, we lose together, bad moments will come and good moments will come. We have to stick together, it doesn’t matter what happens.”

Onana will most likely be dropped for United’s Europa League tie with Romanian giants FCSB on Thursday, with second-choice goalkeeper Altay Bayindir being the favoured choice for Amorim in cup competitions.
