Shooting Stars moved to fourth on the log in the Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL), after a 2-0 win against Kano Pillars in Ibadan on Saturday, Afrosport reports.
Joshua Akpan and Adam Mustapha scored in the 44th and 78th minute to ensure the Oluyole Warriors maintained their recent winning streak.
Shooting Stars have now won three games on a bounce, and moved to fourth on the log on 27 points, while Kano Pillars are eighth on 22 points.

In Saturday’s other game, Waheed Adebayo’s 45th minute effort propelled Lobi Stars to a 1-0 win at the expense of Plateau United.
Lobi Stars are now 15th on the log, while Plateau United occupy 16th spot.
On Sunday, El-Kanemi Warriors will host Abia Warriors, Sunshine Stars visit Niger Tornadoes, Katsina United entertain champions Enugu Rangers, and Kwara United travel to Rivers United.
Bayelsa United host Akwa United, Ikorodu City go head to head with Remo Stars, and Nasarawa United do battle with Bayelsa United.
