Newcastle United manager Eddie Howe will only return to the dugout when he is 100% ready according to assistant coach Jason Tindall, Afrosport reports.
Howe was admitted to hospital last Friday after feeling unwell, with the diagnosis revealing he has pneumonia.
The English tactician missed Sunday’s 4-1 Premier League win over Manchester United at St. James’ Park and will now miss Wednesday’s outstanding game against Crystal Palace and this weekend’s league tie against Aston Villa.
Tindall, speaking ahead of the game against Palace said: “We’ve had minimal dialogue together since that announcement. He’s in the best possible hands and he’ll be back as soon as he feels he’s ready to come back 100 percent to lead the team.”
He added: “There is no exact timeframe. That is something we will assess day by day.
“He will only come back when he is ready to come back and it will be on the guidance of the people taking care of him.”
Newcastle United can announce that Eddie Howe is recovering in hospital after being diagnosed with pneumonia.
The club continues to extend its best wishes and support to Eddie and his family as he continues his recovery.

Newcastle are currently fourth on the Premier League table and could leapfrog Nottingham Forest to third if they avoid defeat against Palace on Wednesday.
