Portland Trail Blazers center Deandre Ayton will miss at least four weeks with a left calf strain, the team announced Wednesday.
Ayton, who is averaging 14.4 points and 10.2 rebounds in 40 starts this season, had an MRI after suffering the injury during Monday’s 146-117 loss to the Denver Nuggets.

The 26-year-old, who is shooting 56.6% from the field, will be re-evaluated in four weeks
The Blazers have won 11 of their last 14 games and sit 13th in the West with a 23-32 record.
