Glasner responds to Eze, Olise transfer rumours to Man United

Crystal Palace manager Oliver Glasner has joked that his team might get some Manchester United players following links of Eberechi Eze and Michael Olise to the Red Devils.

The Anglo-Nigerian duo have been the standout performers for the Eagles this season and have been linked with a move away from Selhurst Park.

United have are top of the interested parties but it comes as reports suggested that a chunk of United’s players will be up for sale this summer.

Regardless of the transfer links, Glasner believes Monday night’s upcoming fixture between Palace and United is another opportunity for Eze and Olise to audition for bigger suitors.

“I also read that almost the whole squad of Manchester United is available, so maybe we can get 10 from them. Every game is an audition for the players and us as a team,” Glasner said ahead of the game.

The Austrian tactician also expects Eze and Marc Guehi to be fit for the game. Eze was not part of the squad that faced Fulham last time out.

“If everything continues as we expect, both will be in the squad,” Glasner added.

Crystal Palace sit in 14th place on the table and are guaranteed of Premier League survival for next season.
