Finidi George has been appointed as the interim head coach of the Super Eagles.
The Nigeria senior men’s national team has been without a coach since Jose Peseiro departed after the expiration of his contract at the end of February.
Finidi, who currently manages Nigerian Premier Football League Enyimba, will take charge of the Super Eagles’ friendlies against Ghana and Mali in Marrakech, and will remain in charge until a permanent coach is found.
