Bilal El Khannouss and Patson Daka registered assists as Leicester City thumped Queens Park Rangers 6-2 in the third round of the FA Cup on Saturday afternoon, Afrosport reports.
The Foxes wasted no time in getting into the action at the King Power Stadium with full-back James Justin putting them ahead in the eighth minute.
Jonathan Varane equalised for QPR in the 18th minute before El Khannouss set up goals for Stephy Mavididi and Facundo Buonanotte to put Leicester 3-1. Algerian forward Rayan Kolli however halved the deficit for QPR going into the halftime break.
Leicester veteran Jamie Vardy scored from the penalty spot in the 51st minute which was followed by substitute Daka assisting Justin for his second goal of the afternoon.
Belgium defender Wout Faes scored the sixth and final goal for Leicester in added time to give them their first competitive win after five consecutive losses in the Premier League.

Ruud van Nistelrooy’s side will now turn their attention to a top-flight fixture against Crystal Palace at home on Wednesday.
