England head coach Gareth Southgate is set for a sit-down with the English FA to discuss his future in early January.
The 51-year-old has remained mum over his impending future with the Three Lions after their elimination from the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar.
Arguably one of England’s most successful managers, Southgate has a contract until 2024 and he is expected to lead them through the UEFA European Championship qualifiers and the tournament proper.
England will begin their Euro 2024 qualifiers with a Group C clash against Italy in March next year at the Stadio Diego Armando Maradona in Naples.
