Everton have been dealt a double injury blow ahead of this weekend’s matchday 24 action in the Premier League, Afrosport reports.
The Toffees on Thursday announced that Belgian midfielder Orel Mangala would miss the rest of the season with a serious knee injury, while English forward Dominic Calvert-Lewin will be out for “a number of weeks” with a muscular injury.

Mangala, who is currently on loan at Everton from French club Lyon, sustained an anterior cruciate ligament injury during their 1-0 win at Brighton & Hove Albion last Saturday.
Mangala, who has one goal in 19 league appearances for the Toffees this season, will see a specialist to determine the next step for his recovery.
Calvert-Lewin has scored three goals in 22 matches this season for the Merseyside club, netting the winner in a 3-2 win over Tottenham Hotspur.
Everton, 16th in the Premier League standings with 23 points, have won their last two games since the return of David Moyes. They are, however, in action on Saturday as they will welcome 17th-placed Leicester City to Goodison Park.
