Cyriel Dessers was on target as Rangers recorded a comfortable 4-0 win over Aberdeen in the Scottish Premiership championship round on Sunday afternoon, Afrosport reports.
The Super Eagles forward thought he had put his name on the scoresheet in the 45th minute but his effort was ruled out for offside by VAR.
Vaclav Cerny put Rangers ahead in the 55th minute before Dessers doubled it in five minutes later when he connected with a cross from Nicolas Raskin to fire home.
It was his 15th Premiership goal of the season, putting him one short of his tally from last season.
60′ Nico Raskin crossed a great ball from within the Aberdeen box to Cyriel Dessers, and he fired it beyond Mitov.

Morocco forward and substitute Hamza Igamane scored the third goal for Rangers in the 70th minute before Brazil left-back Jefte put the final nail in the coffin in added time.
The result sees the Gers remain second in the championship round standings, 15 points clear of third-placed Hibernian and 17 points behind runaway leaders Celtic.
