Nigeria President, Bola Ahmed Tinubu met with the coaching crew and players of the Super Eagles virtually on Friday afternoon ahead of their quarter-final game against Angola at the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations.
The Super Eagles are charging for a fourth AFCON title in Ivory Coast and a win on Friday would secure their place in the semi-final.
President Tinubu who is away in France on a private visit, called the Super Eagles and motivated them with his pep talk before they file out for action at the Felix Houphouet-Boigny Stadium in Abidjan.
The Nigerian President was spotted wearing a Nigerian jersey and he was captured addressing the team.

Nigeria and Angola will face other for the 11th time on the international scene, with their last competitive game ending 2-1 in favour of the Super Eagles at the 2018 African Nations Championship (CHAN).
