Leeds United have announced the signing of Noah Okafor from AC Milan on a four-year deal worth a reported £18 million with add-ons, Afrosport reports.
The 25-year-old Swiss forward of Nigerian heritage played 54 times for the Rossoneri, scoring seven goals and providing four assists between 2023 and 2025.
He also spent time on loan at Napoli during the second half of the 2024-25 season, playing four times, which was enough to hand him a medal for winning the Scudetto with the Partenopei.
Okafor’s career began with FC Basel in Switzerland in 2018 before moving to Austrian giants RB Salzburg in 2020, where he scored 34 goals, provided 23 assists in 110 competitive outings and won seven titles.
Speaking on his arrival, he told LUTV: “I think it’s an amazing day, I’m really excited. As a kid, I dreamed of playing in the Premier League. That’s why for me it was quite an easy decision.
“My football suits the Premier League, this is like a dream come true. I can’t wait to step on the field.
“I heard that the Premier League is the best league in the world, it’s so intense. I have loads of friends that played there or are playing there.
“I’m really, really excited. I can’t wait, like I said before. I’m also ready for this new challenge.”

Meanwhile, Leeds boss Daniel Farke confirmed Okafor could be involved in this weekend’s Premier League clash with Arsenal at the Emirates Stadium.
“Yes, it’s at least possible, because he was involved with Milan, and the whole pre-season, he also featured. So that means he doesn’t need three or four weeks of build-up to a game,” the German tactician said.
Okafor is the ninth summer signing for Leeds after Lukas Nmecha, Dominic Calvert-Lewin, Sebastiaan Bornauw, Gabriel Gudmundsson, Sean Longstaff, Lucas Perri, Jaka Bijol and Anton Stach, taking their total spending to almost £90 million.
