Super Falcons defender Ashleigh Plumptre has signed a new contract with Saudi Arabia Women’s Professional League club Al-Ittihad Ladies until 2027, Afrosport reports.
Plumptre joined the Tigers on a free transfer in September 2023, scoring a famous hat-trick on her club debut.

The 26-year-old was formerly on the books at English club Leicester City, where she rose through the ranks as a yputh team player for seven years, before playing with the senior team for three years.
Plumptre has scored two goals and provided one assist for Al-Ittihad this season.
She was part of Nigeria’s squad for the 2022 Women’s Africa Cup of Nations in Morocco and the 2023 FIFA Women’s World Cup, co-hosted by New Zealand and Australia.
