Los Blancos defeated Celta Vigo 5-2 after extra time at the Santiago Bernabeu last Thursday to progress to the last eight of the tournament.
Meanwhile, record winners Barcelona, who have won the Copa del Rey 31 times, will visit the Mestalla to take on Valencia.
Atletico Madrid will host Getafe in another all-Madrid affair, while Real Sociedad will take on fellow Basque side Osasuna.
