The incident is the latest act of indiscipline at Wolves where Gabon midfielder Mario Lemina was stripped of the captaincy following a post-match altercation with West Ham’s Jarrod Bowen.
Goalkeeper Jose Sa also climbed into the stands at the Molineux last month to argue with fans at half-time in a 4-2 defeat to Bournemouth last month.
Algerian wide man Ryan Ait-Nouri has already been suspended for one game after receiving a second yellow card in the aftermath of the Ipswich defeat which saw him clash with Wes Burns.
Wolves have won only two of their 16 matches and are second from bottom on the table, five points away from of safety.
