AFCON 2025 qualifiers: Namibia coach Benjamin names 28-man squad for Cameroon, Kenya fixtures

Namibia head coach Collin Benjamin has named a 28-man squad for the last two Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers 2025 qualifiers against Cameroon and Kenya, Afrosport reports.

The Warriors have lost all four of their qalifying matches and have no chance of making the finals in Morocco next year, having made the last-16 at this year’s tournament in the Ivory Coast.

Benjamin named 10 players from South Africa’s Premier Soccer League (PSL) and two more from clubs in Botswana.

Mamelodi Sundowns forward Peter Shalulile will lead the attack along with others like Riaan Hanamub and Deon Hotto.

Namibia will host already-qualified Cameroon at the Orlando Stadium in Johannesburg on November 15th before taking on Kenya on a neutral ground four days later.
