Ghanaian midfielder Thomas Partey has been nominated for Arsenal’s Player of the Month award for October, Afrosport reports.
The 31-year-old has been in impressive form for the Gunners, having played in his preferred midfield position and as a make-shift right-back.
The Ghana international, however, will battle with three other teammates for the honour as the trio of Bukayo Saka, Kai Havertz and Gabriel Martinelli are also looking to get their hands on the award.

Partey played in all of Arsenal’s six matches in the month under review across the Premier League, EFL Cup and UEFA Champions League.
Playing at the right-back position against Liverpool, he became the first Gunner to record over three fouls won, five tackles, 10 duels won and 75 touches in a Premier League match in almost five years.
The Gunners are in action on Wednesday in Europe as they will be visiting the San Siro to take on Inter Milan in a matchday four encounter in the Champions League.
