Barcelona manager Hansi Flick has scooped the La Liga Coach of the Month award for August, Afrosport reports.
The German, who joined the Catalan club on a two-year deal this summer, has enjoyed a remarkable start to life in Spain.

Flick led Barcelona to a perfect start to the 2024-25 season, winning all four of their La Liga matches in the month of August as they currently sit atop the league standings with 12 points.
The 27-time Spanish champions started the season with a 2-1 victory against Valencia at the Mestalla, followed by a 2-1 victory over Athletic Bilbao at the Estadi OlΓmpic LluΓs Companys, their make shift home.
The Blaugranas followed that up with a hard-fought 2-1 comeback win against Rayo Vallecano at the Estadio de Vallecas, before thrashing Real Valladolid seven-nil in their final game before the international break.
Flick edged out Villareal’s Marcelino GarcΓa Toral and Deportivo AlavΓ©s’ Luis GarcΓa Plaza to the award.
Barcelona are off to their best start in La Liga since the 2018-19 season, and will return to action on Sunday, September 15, when they head to the Estadi Montilivi to take on Girona.
