Sadio Mane found the back of the net twice despite missing a penalty as Al Nassr recorded a 3-1 win over 10-man Al Feiha in the Saudi Pro League on Friday evening.
The Knights of Najd were without talisman Cristiano Ronaldo who was serving suspension for a red card he received in the Saudi Super Cup loss to Al Hilal last time out.
This meant Mane led Al Nassr’s attack but they fell behind in the sixth minute when Nigeria forward Anthony Nwakaeme fed Zambia forward Fashion Sakala for the game’s opening goal.
Mane had the chance to equalise from the penalty spot three minutes to the half time break but his effort went over the crossbar.
Abdulelah Al Amri equalised for Al Nassr in the 76th minute before Mane atonned for his penalty miss by scoring his brace in the 76th and 82nd minute, taking his league tally to 12 goals this season.
