Two-time MVP Steph Curry further etched his name in the record books in the NBA with his seven 3s in the Golden State Warriors 130-102 blowout win over the New Orleans Pelicans at the Smoothie King Centre on Monday night.
The 35-year-old set a new NBA record for the most three-pointers scored in the first four games of a season, with 27 shots made from beyond the arc.

Curry scored four 3-pointers in the Warriors season opener against the Phoenix Suns. He hit seven 3s at the Golden 1 Centre against the Sacramento Kings in their second game and added another six 3s at the Toyota Centre against the Houston Rockets.
The four-time NBA champion has started the season on a bright note, with 134 points scored in the Warriors four opening games, as they boast a 3-1 win-loss record to begin the 2023–24 campaign.

Warriors’ rookie Trayce Jackson-Davis got his first points as he finished with 13 points and 9 rebounds in just his second appearance for the franchise.
Chris Paul, who came off the bench for the first time in his career against the Rockets, added 13 points, 6 rebounds, and 5 assists as a substitute, while third-year forward Moses Moody got 13 points in 21 minutes to help the Warriors to victory against the Pelicans.
