The new format for UEFA club competitions will also be reflected in the UEFA Europa League starting from this season, and the draws, which were held in Monaco on Friday, brought a lot of exciting matchups that fans can look forward to.
The new format will see all 36 teams compete in a league phase, where each team faces eight other teams, playing four matches at home and the other four away.
In Pot 1, Premier League side Manchester United, one of the big teams to look out for, having qualified for the competition on their last breath by winning the FA Cup against Manchester City in the final, will be looking forward to facing teams like FC Porto (away), Rangers (away), and Fenerbahce (away), the new home of former manager Jose Mourinho.
