The draws for the knockout phases of this season’s UEFA Champions League were conducted on Monday in Nyon, Switzerland, and Nigerian forward Victor Osimhen and his Napoli side have been pitched against five-time winners Barcelona in the biggest draw of the round.

The Partenopei finished second in Group C with ten points, eight points behind record winners Real Madrid and they have been drawn against the Catalan giants, who finished top of Group A with 12 points.

The two sides, who share the honour of having one of the football greats, Diego Maradona, don their jerseys, will play the first leg of their tie in Naples at the stadium named after the Argentine World Cup winner.

Defending champions Manchester City, who finished the group stages as one of the two teams with an unblemished record, were drawn against Group A surprise package, FC Copenhagen, with the first leg to be played at the Parken Stadium in Denmark.

In the other draws, Premier League side Arsenal will face Portuguese giants FC Porto; Los Blancos will play German side RB Leipzig with the first leg in Germany; while PSV will tackle Borussia Dortmund.

The first legs of the draws are scheduled for February 13/14 and 20/21, with the second leg ties set to take place on March 5/6 and 12/13.
