Greek side Olympiacos on Monday announced the signing of Nigerian defender Bruno Onyemaechi from Portuguese club Boavista, Afrosport reports.
Onyemaechi, who has been at Boavista since 2022, having initially joined on a season-long loan, ends his five-year stay in Portugal, where he had also previously donned the colours of Feirense and Vila Real.

The Nigerian international has been in great form this season, scoring three goals and providing one assist in 18 matches for Boavista.
He departs the Portuguese side, who are currently bottom of the Liga Portugal, having made 77 appearances, scoring five goals and providing three assists across his three-year stint.
Onyemaechi has been a regular face in the Nigerian national team, and since making his Super Eagles debut in September 2023, he has earned 11 caps.
Olympiacos are currently atop the Super League Greece with 44 points after 20 games, four points more than second-placed AEK Athens.
