Former head coach of AC Milan, Stefano Pioli, will take over from Luis Castro at Saudi Arabia Pro League club Al Nassr where he will manage five-time Ballon d’Or winner Cristiano Ronaldo, Afrosport reports.
The 58-year-old will sign a deal on Wednesday with reports claiming he is already on his way to team up with his new club.
On Tuesday, Al Nassr announced that coach Luis Castro and his staff have left the club, and thanked them for their effort in the last 14 months.

Pioli left AC Milan who finished second in the Serie A at the end of last season by mutual consent, despite still having a year left on his contract.
He has been a senior coach since 2003 and has spent his entire career in Italy, where he managed Inter Milan, Fiorentina and AC Milan.
Pioli who also coached Parma and Hellas Verona, won the Serie A with Milan in the 2021-2022 season, his first and only top-flight title.
