The doping case of Jannik Sinner will be heard at the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) between April 16 and 17, 2025, Afrosport reports
The Italian world number one was cleared of any wrongdoing by an independent tribunal despite testing positive twice for the banned substance, clostebol, in March last year.
The World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA), however, appealed against the decision to clear him and is seeking a ban of up to two years.
The case will now head to the apex sports court, CAS, behind closed doors at its headquarters in Laussane, Switzerland.
Sinner is the reigning Australian Open champion and will begin the defence of his title against Chile’s Nicolas Jarry on Monday.
