Lisandro Martinez scored his second Premier League goal of the season as Manchester United sealed a vital 1-0 win away at Fulham on Sunday, Afrosport reports.
The Argentine benefitted from a deflection as his strike from outside the box beat German goalkeeper Bernd Leno in goal for Fulham to help United secure all three points.

Much of the encounter at Craven Cottage was a cagey affair with half chances falling to Raul Jimenez in the first half, but the Mexican forward was unable to put the hosts in the lead.
With the game heading for a goalless stalemate, Martinez stepped up to break the deadlock in the 78th minute. Toby Collyer couldn’t quite get to a cutback from Alejandro Garnacho, with the ball finding its way to Martinez, whose audacious strike deflected off Sasa Lukic before beating Leno for United’s opener.
The goal seemingly woke Fulham up, and Marco Silva’s men came very close to getting the equaliser, but Joachim Andersen’s goal-bound header from a corner was cleared off the line by Collyer.
The Red-hot Amad Diallo thought he had put the tie to bed for United with a right-footed finish in stoppage time, but his strike was ruled off for offside after a VAR review.
Victory meant United clinched their eighth straight away win against Fulham as they climbed into 12th in the Premier League on 29 points, while the hosts remained 10th with 33 points.
