Chelsea manager Mauricio Pochettino has described the performance of Noni Madueke in the Blues’s 2-0 Premier League win against Tottenham Hotspur as ‘unbelievable’.
The 22-year-old caused Spurs all sorts of problems with his pace and trickery which was crucial to doing a double over their London rivals.
Pochettino also praised the former PSV Eindhoven player for his defensive contributions which helped in keeping a clean sheet.

“Noni Madueke today was unbelievable,’ Pochettino said after the game against his former employers.
“If you analyse him at the start of the season – before all the conversations and meetings, the clips and videos, things like this – he was always, like today, capable of doing a fantastic job with the ball.
“Of course, he is an offensive player but without the ball he is doing a fantastic job to help Alfie [Gilchrist] defend. That is what we need for the future, to build this competitive spirit.”
Anglo-Sierra Leonean defender Trevoh Chalobah and Senegal forward Nicolas Jackson were the goalscorers on the night.
For Jackson, it was his 11th league goal of the season and his fourth against Spurs after netting a hat-trick in the reverse fixture.
11 – Nicolas Jackson has scored 11 Premier League goals for Chelsea this season, with four of them coming against Tottenham. Only Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink has netted more against Spurs for the Blues in a single Premier League campaign (5 in 2001-02). Leap. pic.twitter.com/kZ5EoPC6t8

It took him one goal short of Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink who scored five goals against the North London outfit during the 2002-02 season.
