Saturday action in the Premier League will be headlined by league leaders Arsenal and their trip to Leicester City.
The Gunners, who last weekend defeated Aston Villa 4-2 in an impressive comeback to move back to the top of the standings, will want to maintain their lead in the rankings with a another victory at the King Power Stadium.
It might not come easy for them, as the Foxes will come into this match as a wounded lion following their heavy 3-0 defeat at Manchester United. It was a game in which they were expected to impress following their revival of late, and they will look to do that in front of their own fans.
The past week has been a poor one for Manchester City; first failing to reclaim Premier League top spot with a draw at Nottingham Forest, before playing another draw at RB Leipzig in the UEFA Champions League Round of 16 first leg.
It continues a trend of poor results for the Citizens of late, which has put manager Pep Guardiola in the spotlight. City travel to struggling Bournemouth on Saturday and will need to get a victory in order to stay close to Arsenal and avoid in-form Manchester United from further closing the gap.
Liverpool, meanwhile, has found life lately with back-to-back league wins against Everton and Newcastle United. However, they were brought back to earth in midweek with a heavy 5-2 defeat to Real Madrid at Anfield. It continues to raise questions about Jurgen Klopp and his future at the club, but victory at Crystal Palace on Saturday would do a lot to ease those worries for the meantime.
Other Saturday fixtures will see Everton host Aston Villa at Goodison Park, while Leeds United will hope to get a precious win in their relegation battle against Southampton in the first game under new manager Javi Gracia. Another struggling team, West Ham, will also be looking to pick up all available points when they welcome Nottingham Forest to the London Stadium.

The weekend’s action will wrap up on Sunday with a blockbuster London derby between Tottenham Hotspur and Chelsea at the eponymous stadium of the Lilywhites. Spurs defeated West Ham to move into the top four, while the Blues were defeated 1-0 by bottom club Southampton.
The result left them [Chelsea] with just one win and four goals scored in 2023, leaving them in 10th place on the table and raising doubts about Graham Potter’s ability to manage the expensive squad at his disposal.
Spurs have never beaten Chelsea since moving to the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, losing by an aggregate score of 6-0. They will definitely want to end that streak as everything is on the line in the high-stakes derby.
