Chelsea forward Cole Palmer and manager Enzo Maresca have been awarded with the Premier League player and coach of the month for September, Afrosport reports.
Palmer had a decent performance last month, scoring five goals with one assist in five appearances.
Four of those goals came in the first half of a 4-2 win over Brighton & Hove Albion, becoming the first player in Premier League history to score four first half goals.

The England international also provided a goal and assist against Crystal Palace and West Ham game respectively.
He already has a decent start to the month of October with an assist against Nottingham Forest on Sunday and will hope to continue leading the Premier League in goals involvement when the London club faces Liverpool on October 20.

Meanwhile, Maresca was the Manager of the Month after leading Chelsea to an unbeaten streak of three wins and one draw.
Aston Villa’s Jhon Duran won the Goal of the Month for his long range effort against Everton while Cameroon goalkeeper Andre Onana won the Save of the Month after his double save in Manchester United’s goalless draw with Crystal Palace.
