Nottingham Forest have submitted their 25-man squad for the 2023-24 Premier League season without including Nigeria’s Emmanuel Dennis.
Dennis is currently in talks with Turkish Super Lig clubs and he could leave the City Ground before the Turkish transfer window closes on Friday.
The Super Eagles forward has not been listed in Forest’s matchday squad this season but he played a crucial role in helping the club maintain their top-flight status last season.
The 25-year-old contributed two goals and two assists in 19 Premier League appearances last campaign.
He moved two England in 2021 to join Watford after a successful spell in Belgium where he lifted the Belgian First Division A title twice alongside the Belgian Super Cup.
Dennis will be focused on reviving his career in order to be in contention for a spot in Nigeria’s squad for the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations in Ivory Coast next year.
