England avenged a 2-1 loss to Greece in October at Wembley by thrashing them 3-0 on Thursday at the Athens Olympic stadium in the UEFA Nations League, Afrosport reports.
Aston Villa striker, Ollie Watkins opened scoring, while Real Madrid midfielder Jude Bellingham fired a shot which cannoned off the post and was knocked over the line by the heel of the hapless Greek goalkeeper Odysseas Vlachodimos.
Debutant Curtis Jones of Liverpool scored the third with a cheeky backheel to take England above Greece in League B, Group Two on goal difference.
In other games, Manchester City striker Erling Haaland was on target as Norway thrashed Slovenia 4-1 , while Sandro Tonali’s 11th minute goal propelled Italy to a 1-0 win over Belgium.

Elsewhere Ireland pipped Finland 1-0, France and Israel battled to a 0-0 draw, North Macedonia edged Latvia 1-0 and Armenia lost 1-0 to Faroe Islands.
Austria also beat Kazakhstan 2-0 with goals from Christoph Baumgartner and Michael Gregoritsch.
