Super Eagles striker Victor Osimhen has won the Serie A Player of the Month award for January.
The 24-year-old has been in impeccable form for Napoli this season, with 16 goals and three assists, including five goals and an assist in four league appearances in January.
Osimhen already received the Goal of the Month award for his amazing goal in Napoli’s 2-1 victory over AS Roma earlier this month.

The former Wolfsburg forward beats compatriot Ademola Lookman (Atalanta), Paulo Dybala (Roma), Lautaro Martinez (Inter), and Luis Alberto (Lazio) to the honour following votes from fans.
Osimhen has now won the award three times after doing so in September 2021 and March 2022.
He will be presented with the trophy before Napoli’s match against Cremonese at the Diego Armando Maradona Stadium on Sunday.
