Aboulaye Doucoure continued his impressive goalscoring form for Everton, this time netting in their 2-0 win over struggling Chelsea at Goodison Park on Sunday afternoon.
The Mail international found the back of the midweek 3-0 win over Newcastle United and did the same again when he opened the scoring against the Blues in the 56th minute with a close range finish from Dominic Calvert-Lewin’s rebounded effort.
It took Doucoure to six goals this season in 16 Premier League appearances. It was also his 11th goal in the top flight since February when manager Sean Dyche took charge, making the Doucoure the highest non-penalty scoring midfielder in that period.

Sunday’s victory was Everton’s fourth in their last five league games and despite a 10-point deduction for breaching the Premier League’s profit and sustainability rules which is currently under appeal, the Merseyside outfit are out of the relegation zone, four points clear of Luton Town.
Doucoure will be looking to get into the scoring act once again when Everton travel to Dyche’s former club Burnley next Saturday.
